RC4WD 2015 Land Rover Defender D90 Body Set Z-B0215 G2 Gelande II SUV PickUp RC

Usual great model from RC4WD, this has to be the best body they have done yet ! and having a 1 to 1 scale model parked outside helps ! Captured the shape a lot better than previous efforts, which were very good. Metal door hinges a nice touch. Doors etc held shut by magnets nice too. Great that you can make either the pick-up, or SUV version from the same kit, just choose which one first ! Very fine detail, but by far the best feature is the separate moulded 'window rubbers' so much easier than masking/painted etc as with other models......only slightly annoying thing, is I wish they had done the same with the 'rubber/plastic' fenders/ wheel arches, which are moulded to the body, as if you wish to have them black rather than body colour, will require careful masking !! Comes with newer style metal body mounts to replace the standard Gelande 11 chassis ones. All in all well worth the money.
