This is a briging cable 10G wire on a remale XT90 connector. Sometimes called a Loop Lead XT-90.

The XT90 Bind Plug Loop Connector is designed to short circuit one of the plugs so that a single battery supplies the ESC. T90 Bind Plug Loop Connector is 10 AWG with a total length of 2.5cm (not including connector). Use large diameter cables to minimize power loss in the panel system.
