FTX8494 - Plastic Body Shocks

• Standard plastic body shocks for the FTX Kanyon.

• Supplied assembled and pre-filled with oil, ready to install.

• Provide basic suspension damping for the bodyshell or scale shock appearance.

• Include rebound adjustment to fine-tune suspension response.

• Designed for direct replacement of worn or damaged stock shocks.

Upgraded Alloy Body Shocks

FTX8495 - Aluminium Body Shocks

• Alloy replacement for the stock plastic body shocks.

• Supplied assembled and pre-filled with oil, ready to install.

• Include adjustable rebound for tuning suspension performance.

• Provide greater durability and improved damping performance.

• Also compatible with the rear of the FTX Zorro.

• Ideal for off-road use or for those seeking a more robust upgrade.

Mounting

• Body shocks mount to the main chassis frame - FTX8414 and the rear link holder - FTX8311.

• Secured with:

  • M3 x 20 mm screws - FTX-SCH050

  • M3 nuts - FASTM3

• Ensure proper alignment when installing to prevent binding or uneven suspension movement.

Notes

• Both stock and alloy body shocks do not include mounting hardware, which must be used as listed above.

• Upgrading to alloy shocks helps reduce flex and improves scale appearance while maintaining functional damping.

• Adjust rebound as needed for the terrain or driving style to optimize scale suspension movement.
