What is FTX8339?

FTX8339is thebattery tray / battery caseused in the chassis of theFTX Kanyon. It is a genuine FTX replacement part designed to securely hold the vehicle’s battery pack in the correct position. See image for other related parts and number for the main frame / chassis, including straps FTX8346

Function

• Holds themain drive batterysecurely inside the chassis.

• Prevents the battery from moving during driving, crawling, or impacts.

• Helps maintain correctweight distributionand stability.

Compatibility

FTX8339 is fitted as standard on:

• FTX Kanyon 1:10 XL Trail Crawler

• FTX Kanyon Mountain Rescue 2-Speed

It is also used on other FTX models that share the same chassis layout, such as certain Outlaw variants.

Position in the Chassis

• Mountedinside the chassis, usually low and centrally positioned.

• The battery slides or drops into the tray and is secured using clips or straps (depending on model version).

• Designed to sit beneath the body shell without interference.

Battery Types It Supports

• Commonly used withNiMH stick packs.
